  8. Type your reason for closing this account on the screen that appears next. Probably, you have lost your phone and you want to block the paytm account on that phone, in that case, simply type the reason and press submit.   9. Finally, you can press the submit button.
  10. You will have to wait for a couple of days before paytm deactivates your account.
